Holistic Health Coaching

Coaching is for you.
Whatever your motivation is, starting a health journey can be both
scary and overwhelming. We are conditioned to think that everything
is like “Instant Coffee” (I just shuddered as I wrote that) . But let me be
completely clear, there is no Magic Pill folks, the habits and
behaviours that got you here are not the ones to get you the results
you desire. That said there are many ways to achieve your health
goals but it has to work for you, which is why tailoring a bespoke
program to your needs, lifestyle and preferences is the key to success.
As your Nutritionist / Coach I will never judge you, make you feel
stupid or unsure of anything when it comes to what you put in your
body. I respect each and every one of my clients for taking the step
towards a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life. I am truly passionate
about guiding you towards your goals. I will be there for you with
recommendations, guidance and hold you accountable, but I will
never make you feel stupid, or treat you like you’re a child.
Whether you want to improve your body composition or increase your
vitality, get stronger, fitter, healthier, happier its all possible with the
right mindset. As long as you show up with an open mind and
commitment, I’ll show up with exactly the same. Together, we’ll get
you to where you want to go.

Consultation
$170 initial consultation (90Minutes)
In this session we’ll deep dive into your personal health history, discuss your health goals and give you the tools to compose a personalised nutrition plan including really clear first steps to get you moving forward with confidence. I will also include an In-Body Scan (valued at $40) so you can see what’s going’ on under the hood!
$70 for every subsequent session (40 minutes)
During subsequent consultations we focus on
- Making strategic adjustments to your dietary plan
- Reviewing results and implement required treatment protocols
- Continued introduction of new food ideas to keep your dietary intake exciting and interesting
- Implement the ‘Problems & Prescriptions’ accountability strategy.
- Provide the ‘tools’ to make the best nutritional choices for your needs, building a foundation of knowledge for life.
Follow up consultations are usually suggested within 3 -4 weeks after your initial consultation. I would then like to see you every month for sessions as required, depending on your needs and goals.
I generally find 40 minutes is sufficient for follow up consultations, however extended follow up consultations may be required for the discussion of Body Scan results and existing clients who have not had an appointment in 3 or more months.

Group & Speaking Events

I am also available to attend and speak at private functions whether at your home or Business(Minimum 6 People). In these sessions I address all of your questions around Health and Nutrition. Hosts / Organisers are encouraged to canvas their guests prior to the session to discuss topics of Interest. This will give me the ability to ensure you and your group get maximum value from each session. I have listed some popular topics below, but feel free to create your own to personalise your session:

Outdoors with The Primal Coach
As discussed in my Bio – I believe that the 4 Pillars of Health are:
- Nutrition
- Movement
- Mindset
- Biology
Here we discuss movement. Basically folks if we don’t use our muscles in the Holistic sense we lose them through muscle atrophy as we age. What this means in practical terms is that we have greater difficulty getting in and out of cars and completing basic tasks like carrying groceries. In some cases our balance is impaired through a lack of lower body strength.
Full body Circuit Training is a great way to prevent muscle atrophy get outdoors in a park or by the Beach here on the Sunshine Coast. So, get a group of friends together(4-6 is ideal) and give it a go!

We are truly blessed to have amazing safe waterways here on the Sunshine Coast, Kayaking is an fantastic way to spend a morning or evening (Sunrise or Sunset) on the water. I like to couple this with a Breath Work Session on the golden sand on Bribe Island opposite Golden Beach. All equipment is supplied and perfect for couples or small groups – An Ideal Gift for Birthdays or Special Occasions.
